Our highly trained staff teaches BEGINNER-FRIENDLY classes that are educational, challenging and fun.
We teach Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. While Tae Kwon Do emphasizes direct and linear movements, Hap Ki Do is a self-defense known for joint locks, throws and circular, flowing and powerful non-resistance movements.
No prior experience is necessary to excel in our classes.
